‘Lime Kiln Haus’ is an artist’s retreat situated right opposite the beach in Rye. You literally can walk out the front door, cross the road and be on one of the Mornington Peninsula’s best beaches and swimming spots. The space A modern mid century wonder from the moment you step into Lime Kiln Haus, you feel a sense of luxury. This spacious one bedroom plus office is perfect place to escape for a few days. A stunning galley kitchen with all the modern appliances, marble bench top and french doors opening to an outdoor eating area with BBQ perfect for warm and sunny days. In the cooler months curl up on the leather couches with a good book and glass of wine next to the fire. Luxuriant bed linen and gorgeous bathroom enhance your stay. European style laundry. You’ll want to come back time & again. Welcome to ‘Lime Kiln Haus’. **NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN ** -** Pets** although we are pet friendly and do welcome pets, there is a charge for pets and they do need to be registered when making the booking Pls make sure you read ‘other details to notes’ for dos and don’t on the property. Guest access Guests have access to the whole unit Other things to note Pets- Small Dogs are welcome. Please note the front of the property is not fenced however the back patio is. There a charge for pets. Dog poo bags are supplied & we kindly ask that you clean up after your dog. Due to local laws on the Mornington Peninsula guests are not allowed outside the house after 11.30pm due to noise restrictions. If the police are called a fine may / will be issued to the guest to pay We kindly ask that all guest pls ensure that they keep the noise down at all time to be respectful of the neighbours. Check out is 10AM unless agreed prior - a late checkout fee of $50 per 15 min will apply if you exceed this time by 15min- If the guest has not checked out by 1pm a full nightly rate will also be added to your stay. Rubbish- the bins are collected every Monday morning- we ask that they are put out on the Sunday night, if you don’t wish to do this pls let us know and the caretaker will come and do so as extra rubbish (esp over summer) will result in a $100 tip fee Breakages and Damage- although we know accidents do happen, we kindly ask that any damage or breakage be reported ASAP to ensure that a replacement can be make in them for the next guests stay Lost Keys- pls report to us ASAP any lost key- a locksmith fee may apply Bbq- we kindly ask that if you can please clean the bbq after each use to avoid additional charges Pls make sure you lock up the house while not in use / out exploring Pls make sure your own personal car / boats etc / items / are locked and secure at all times- as we do not take responsibility for things stolen from/ on the property.
