The front door has a Keyless code entry that we will provide for ease of access during your stay. You'll have everything at your disposal for a safe, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Other things to note 📄House Rules: Breaking any house rules can result in immediate removal without a refund. 1. Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be respectful of our neighbors. 2. No smoking ($600 cleaning fee) 3. No parties ($600 cleaning fee) 4. No unauthorized pets ($200 per pet per day) 5. Fire/Smoke: No fires, candles, smoking, or burning of any kind on the property. This includes fireplace use. A $600 fee applies for any signs of burning/smoke. 6. Excessive Mess: A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive dirtiness. Visitors: More than 2 non-overnight visitors must be approved in advance. The total number of people at the property cannot exceed its maximum capacity. Unapproved visitors will incur a $40 fee per person.
