The space The primary bedroom features an adjustable bed and an en suite bath. The second bedroom features a queen size bed with a cooling gel mattress topper. The third bedroom, designed with children in mind, features a whimsical pirate and mermaid theme complete with their own lookout ports for a real pirate adventure. It has two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom that is situated between the two rooms. For added convenience, the sink is located outside the main bath, making it ideal for sharing. The kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, Cosori air fryer, crockpot and an Instant Pot along with plentiful pots, pans and dishes for cooking your meals. The home also has a Weber grill for your use. The lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise or to spend a quiet afternoon watching the boats enter and exit the harbor. The lanai has direct water views of the harbor and Pine Island Sound. The lower level features a nice size laundry room and ample space to hang your beach towels to dry. There is a small fridge and freezer in this area, so it is super easy to store and pack your beverages for the beach! We offer a variety of beach equipment for our guests to use during their stay. This includes chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floats, sand toys and beach balls and games. Tennis and pickle-ball rackets are also provided. Use of our golf cart is included in your stay. Additionally, the stay includes memberships to both clubs on the island. Sandy Toes Villa is situated in the Safety Harbor Club. The Safety Harbor Club offers its residents and guests exclusive access to their docks, pool, tennis and pickle-ball courts, private beach access and ice machine. Guests also have the option for priority reservations at its unique and quaint restaurant, Over the Waterfront. A membership to the Island Club is also included, which allows you access to their members only pool and bar areas and unlimited use of their kayaks and paddle boards throughout your stay. Bring your boat or rent one. As a townhouse guest, you have the option to utilize both marinas situated with the Safety Harbor Club. Boats up to 25’ can be accommodated. Use of the docks is $50/day and will be charged separately 30 days prior to arrival. All boats must have current registration and insurance. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property as well as Safety Harbor Club amenities including the pool, tennis courts and private beach access. Membership to the Island Club is included in your stay. You may use the kayaks and paddle boards at the Club throughout your stay at no additional charge. Dock space is available at a $50/day charge! Other things to note Getting to the home is a breeze! Leave your cares behind as you board the ferry on Pine Island for a short, scenic ride across the Sound. Upon arrival to the Safety Harbor Dock, you will be met by our partner team who will give you an island tour and help you get situated for your stay. They will also assist you on departure day with transportation back to the dock. Grocery service options are plentiful, and we are happy to assist with any questions that you have! Overnight parking is available at the marina. Affordable and easy airport transfers are available from RSW and PGD.
