Our cozy and comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is the perfect spot for your next beach vacation. Located just steps from the sand and surf, this condo offers stunning views of the ocean and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Two pools, beach, and so much to do right at your fingertips! The space Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV (with basic cable) and a dining area perfect for enjoying meals with loved ones. The bedrooms boast a plush king-sized bed, SMART TVs (Roku for streaming) with cable and ample closet space, while the bathroom features modern fixtures and a walk-in shower (wheelchair accessible in one bathroom!). Take advantage of the on-site amenities, including a pool, gym and hot tub, or head out and explore all that the area has to offer. You'll also get access to a daily fitness class with your stay! From water sports to shopping to delicious dining options, there's something for everyone here. So come and experience the beauty and serenity of the beach in our lovely condo. We can't wait to welcome you. Please note that we (W and hosts) may have required inspections, showings, maintenance, etc as required of us with a 24 hour notice to the guests that occupy that unit. We will ask that guests provide access to the unit for these needs. Guest access As a guest at our establishment, you will have access to a range of convenient and enjoyable amenities. Our high-speed internet connection will keep you connected and up-to-date with all your online needs. If you're looking to explore the local area, we offer bike rentals so you can easily get around and see all the sights. Additionally, we have a 24-hour front desk service, laundry facilities, and a fitness center to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Not having a car is not an issue when staying at this W Residence. So many restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc... all available by walking! Additionally, many of these establishments offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, giving guests a wide range of culinary choices. As the sun sets, bars located closer to Las Olas Boulevard offer live music and dancing, creating a lively and vibrant atmosphere. Whether you're here for business or leisure, we want to ensure that your time with us is as pleasant and stress-free as possible. Additionally the resort fee $62.15 includes the following: -Fitness classes/Gym access -Bike rentals (first 2 hours is complimentary) -High speed internet -Beach chairs (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) -2 water bottles * All amenities are based on availability PROPERTY RULES AND INFORMATION: Check-in starts at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. There is no late check-out available. The property is NON smoking and smoking inside the condo is prohibited. *REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION Proper ID showing proof of age at least 21 years old or older for primary name on reservation and CREDIT CARD for incidentals are required at check in time with the front desk, with no exception. You will forfeit your reservation (with no refund) if you decline this. *MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people. People who exceed the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave immediately with no refund issued for not following the rental rules. * NO PARTIES ALLOWED This property is a mature, high-end luxury residence and no parties, events, gatherings or high-noise situations are allowed. There is security and monitoring on each floor to keep the W peaceful and enjoyable for all. * STARTER SUPPLIES We include enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other household essentials to last three days. The guest is responsible for replenishing these supplies after that. There is a CVS store approximately a 10-15 minute walk south of the hotel (toward Las Olas Boulevard), in the open-air shopping mall directly across from the beach, where these and other household items can be easily purchased. Other things to note Early check-ins can be arranged in advance, with fees of $75 for 2 or more hours before regular check-in time and $50 for less than 2 hours before regular check-in time. Confirmation depends on availability and must be requested the day prior. Fees will be charged separately after booking. *** There is one elevator that is down (not operational) on the W Residence tower. They estimate that it will be back in service in November.
