Common areas includes: -Tiki Bar -BBQ -& Pool *Ocean Views subject to the whims of coastal fog The space This one acre hilltop property has nearly 360 degree views of the quiet rural area. It has an automatic driveway gate with a 100 ft driveway reaching up to the house and designated parking at the top. There is a 200 ft mostly flat walk from your car to the private entrance suite door, semi-private yard and those ocean*views! We are 2 miles** from the popular Vista Village. *|**Please Note: that since we are located in the beautiful quiet countryside, we are a 5 minute car ride to any amenities which also allows you to hear song birds instead of traffic. We are about 50 minutes (1 hour+ during rush hour) from the San Diego Airport. Please understand that we can't change our quiet and peaceful location. Also note that some days the spectacular ocean views are obscured by the coastal fog. Even with the occasional fog coverage for part of a day, the views are amazing!! The suite has a Pack-N-Play crib for infants available. You can customize the temperature of the suite (central air conditioning / heating) with the dedicated wall thermostat. Please read and agree to the House Rules before booking. 3 persons max may be included and must be identified at the time you book. Please inform us of the first names of all persons, and the age of any children so we can set up the suite appropriately. //Don’t forget to purchase your Trip Insurance// Guest access Salt water Pool - comprised of upper and lower pools (not heated), Tiki Bar w/gas BBQ, fully fenced front patio (all shared spaces), and semi-private fully fenced backyard. Other things to note On a clear enough day, both San Clemente Island and Catalina Island are visible from the suite. On the 3rd and 4th of July the fireworks are visible up and down the coast and all over our valley. Vista’s pyrotechnics shoot right up in our backyard sky! You may want to pay attention to sunset times while you're here, there are some amazing photo opportunities to be had with sunsets over the ocean.
