Located 250 m from Couchant beach, 5 min walk, 10 min walk from the port of La Grande Motte, 750 m from the casino (PASINO). 1-min walk to shops (Super U, bakery, fishmonger, butcher, Picard, Weldom, Lidl, snack bar and 5 min to a tobacco shop, newsstand, beach shop, caterer, restaurants), 15 km from the Sud de France Arena in Montpellier and the airport. The space The accommodation is fully equipped (large fridge with freezer, TV, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, electric griddle, iron, small ironing board, hair dryer etc... Living room area, a sofa with a fold-away bed (sleeps 2, 150 x 200 single, unfold/fold away), PLEASE NOTE: sheets are 160, 1 duvet 220 x 240, 2 cushions 45 x 45. Entrance hall, two foldaway bunk beds for children (sleeps 2, 80 x 190 single, easy to fold/unfold, max 60 kg, 2 duvets 90 x 190, 2 cushions 45 x 45). Linens and towels are not provided. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning. Guest access A private parking space is available for your vehicle in complete safety. The apartment must be booked weekly during the summer period (July and August) and minimum 3 nights off-season, contact us if you have a specific request. CHECK-IN is FREE with a lockbox available (the code will be given to you on the day of arrival). The exit inventory will be done in your presence. Other things to note 4 people maximum. Non-smoking apartment. Check-in from 3 p.m. and check-out until 10 a.m. No pets allowed. Bicycles are not allowed in the elevator or in the apartment.
