Double studio with A/C and free parking

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited! The space The studio is self-contained and has an area for working, a kitchenette to make refreshments & a small fridge too. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower at the back of the studio & at the front a large seating area with a smart TV, which is connected to Sky, Sky Cinema, Netflix and Disney+.There is also an 85" TV that is set up as a home cinema. The studio also has two desks for anyone needing to do some work and its own wifi router so the signal strength is strong. There is also air conditioning so the temperature can be well controlled on hot and cold days! Guest access The studio is at the bottom of our garden, and there is a path from the driveway that takes you straight there, so there is no need to come through the main house when you come & go. There is a large patio area outside the studio & a lawned area that's leads onto some decking. The main kitchen & dining space can be accessed here, which is large and fully equipped, and guests are welcome to use if needed.
