The space Il Casale degli Ulivi is a two-level villa renovated and cared for in every detail. From the entrance to the ground floor you enter the large living room with dining table and fireplace, connected to the large equipped kitchen. The space is completed by two bathrooms and a laundry area. From the living area you can access the upper floor through a wooden and wrought iron staircase: here you will find a double bedroom, a quadruple bedroom with a double bed and two single beds and a triple bedroom with three single beds. The sleeping area is served by a comfortable bathroom with shower. The view from the three rooms ranges from the green hills to the villages in the distance. The materials used are those typical of Marche country houses such as rough stone and brick, unique in making the environment warm and comfortable. Outside, completing the property, there is a garden with an English lawn and a large swimming pool. The spaces are designed for relaxation, equipped with sun loungers, chairs and tables. The farmhouse is also in a strategic location, about 10 minutes from the characteristic village of Porto Recanati and 15 minutes from Civitanova Marche.
