This option is designed for two people, offering a single room with a private bathroom (to choose between a double bed or two single beds), but with exclusive access to the entire accommodation. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and a small outdoor patio to relax. On the first floor, accessible by a 13-step staircase, one of the two rooms with a private bathroom will open: 🛏️ Marcona Room (double bed) 🛏️ Long Room (two single beds that can be joined) The entire home is air-conditioned for both cold and heat, so you feel comfortable all year round. It is an intimate, functional and very quiet space, with easy and free parking a few seconds from the door. The stay is completely private – you will not share any space with other guests – and is designed for both sporadic nights and longer stays, with all the necessary equipment to feel at home.
