Cute tiny house 5 minutes from Snohomish. Sits on family property of 6 acres. Architecturally simple, blends in beautifully with forested surroundings. Despite the small footprint the ceilings make the living area feel spacious. The bathroom comes equipped with all the amenities plus washer/dryer. Nice kitchen with fridge, stove and kitchenwares. We have 2 teenagers, a dog and we run a custom cabinet shop on the property. The loft ladder is STEEP…not for the faint of heart. Loft bed is king sized and cozy, new leather futon style couch if you don’t like ladders. The loft ladder is steep. We can help in anyway you need. Nice rural neighborhood but only one mile from Fred Meyer, Kohl’s, etc. You can park right out front the tiny house, or wherever you feel comfortable. We live on the property, we try and keep quiet but sometimes our teenagers have friends over and shoot hoops outside. We use Starlink for Wi-Fi in our house, the signal reaches the tiny house but some have said it doesn’t work great in the loft bed. It is usually fast but sometimes slow during peak times.
