Kindly note the Rules and Regulations of the Estate before your book: ESTATE RULES: NO GROUPS ALLOWED – STICTLY FAMILY BOOKINGS ONLY • The maximum occupancy for the Villa must always be adhered to. A penalty of R1000 per person will be imposed if this rule is not followed. • The speed limit at the estate is 25km/h, please always keep within the limit. • For security reasons, there are strictly NO VISITORS allowed at the villas. A penalty of R1000 will be imposed if this rule is not followed and security will reserve the right to evict guests from the villa. • Strictly NO PARTIES allowed to be held at the villas.
