This comfortable 3BR Miami home with a vintage appeal is a perfect get away, a home away from home. It's very close to many of Miami's attractions: 10min from Bal Harbor, 15min from South Beach, 15min from Aventura, 15 min from Wynwood, less than 2 min from Barry University. The space Clean, comfortable space, a large fenced in yard with seasonal fruit trees. Guest access The entire house is available to you during your stay. Other things to note Camilo May 2024 Yvelise always had timely and very friendly communication. The neighborhood is quite peaceful, and the house is very beautiful. It will always be one of our first choices if we return to the city! Holden March 2024 Owner is very responsive which helps when coming from out of state and not knowing much about the area. The place was easily accessible based off directions given and lived to expectations of cleanliness when arrived, would definitely book again. Ivelisse was very friendly and attentive . I wrote to you because I had a question and it quickly resolved me. Smart TV allows me to watch Netflix and youtube around the clock.
