Secluded Beach Great for Solo, Family & Barkada

Bring the whole gang - family, highschool or college barkada, or workmates to this affordable all-in-one property (AC rooms, kitchen, function & mess hall, bathroom) with ocean and mountain view and a lot of options for fun, namely: snorkel to explore the fish & corals, island hopping (book in advance and upon availability of motorboat), karaoke (curfew at 9PM), barbecue while experiencing the hammock, bonfire by the beach, sunrise and moonrise, board games, or camping, among others! The space Spend quality time with family and friends and wake up to a beautiful ocean and mountain view at our Pinoy-style property (See all our pictures first before booking/paying). Witness the sunrise while your lips touch the cup of your favorite morning drink. Dance with the beach waves and let our secluded property set your soul free. Embrace the breezy night with laughter and partner it with wine or beer. On another note, don't forget to bring your groceries as there are no nearby restaurants/cafeterias! Also bring your own towels and personal toiletries. If you're 5 pax or more, it would be best to bring disposable utensils. Guest access Please thoroughly read everything we have written in our listing prior to booking/paying. The management is not at fault if the guests forgot/chose not to read all our information. Book with us and get access to our private & secluded resort (Whole place exclusive if booking is 40pax or more only and important note: Please book twice if you are more than 15pax. Kindly communicate with us first.) We have all-in-one features for your short-term or long-term stay. However, we strictly implement room assignments according to no. of pax. (Reminder: Any sudden changes that would result in additional fees must be settled and paid cash on site prior to check-out of the guests.) 1-4 pax: Cottages/Bahay Kubo (good for 1-2pax each cottage, if 3-4pax then guests can have 2 cottages) with a fan and shared bathroom. at least 5 pax: Small Building - with 1 air-conditioning unit, private bathroom, and private porch with sink. at least 8 pax: Medium Building - with 1 air-conditioning unit, a private bathroom, and shared cottage with sink. at least 10 pax: Large Building - with 1 air-conditioning unit, a private bathroom, and private terrace with sink. at least 15 pax: Overlooking Main house with 3 air-conditioned rooms, sofa bed in the living room, dining room, ref, gas stove (2 burners), kitchen sink and essentials, water dispenser, and 3 bathrooms (plus shared overlooking terrace) Bathroom: We don't have hot showers in our property. We use a traditional hygiene tool, "tabo", in all of our bathrooms. Others: -Shared Mess hall: has ref, gas stove (2 burners), kitchen sink and essentials, dining table, chairs, water dispenser, tv, wall fans, and a detached bathroom. -Function hall (for exclusive booking only, it can accommodate 40-50pax): has stage, tables, chairs, wall fans, kitchen sink and essentials backstage, and 2 bathrooms. -Karaoke hall (extra charge to be paid on site) -Grilling area -Snorkeling gear, life jacket (extra charge to be paid on site) -Island hopping to liguid dako (big) and liguid gamay (small) can be catered upon request (at least 3 days ahead) to be paid on site. Other things to note The property is away from the city center. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy the sunrise with beautiful views of Liguid dako/gamay and the mountains of Municipality of Pantukan, Compostela Valley Province. When lucky, guests can capture the beauty of the full moon (plus dolphins too). Our property is not luxurious, but rest assured that our guests can enjoy and relax with our Pinoy-style resort. Also, please be advised that we have lots of stairs and guests may struggle to walk and access the beach, especially seniors and disabled people.
