Large home ideal for families

Our house is in the heart of Saillans, a charming village in the Drôme. Large family home, it even has a swing! It is an old, typical house, with the charm of stone and wood (but which still needs some renovations), cool in summer. With its many beds, large spaces, cozy and rustic side, it is perfect to come with your children & friends! Ideally located, quiet, it is 2 steps from all shops, the market & the river. Wood Large volumes Old fireplace (no longer in use) Jotul wood-burning stove Children's games (from toddlers to 9 years old) Board games It is a large house that still needs refreshments but is very pleasant and easy to live in. You have the option to settle there as you prefer: - on the 1st floor in royal mode (with bathroom right next door and all on one level) - on the 2nd floor for children (dormitory + playroom) + for the large master bedroom right next door, which has an alcove for small child(ren) or to install more friends! The children's dormitory, connected to the games room right next door, is currently delimited by curtains to keep all the light from the skylight and this large room. It's really the realm of children (and adults, for those who like acrobatics with swing, trapeze, and pole dance bar!😄). Finally, the office on the mezzanine can still accommodate one person on a mattress on the floor. An amazing house, but very warm. Very modular, you can install extra mattresses almost everywhere. But if you are more than 6 people, remember that there is only one bathroom and 1 toilet! Warning: 3-story house, with 2 large staircases. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.
