New house with spa - ideal for couples and families

Treat yourself to a comfortable and convenient stay in this modern house located close to everything. Ideal for families or couples looking for relaxation, it offers you everything you need to cook, unwind… and enjoy the private spa after a wonderful day. (Available from April to mid-November) The space This cozy, contemporary-style semi-detached house offers you a peaceful, well-equipped and functional setting. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with a TV, and a washer/dryer. Wi-Fi is included. 🌿 5 minutes away: grocery stores, restaurants, gas station, shopping center, parks, and even a bike path less than a kilometer away. Whether you want to explore or simply relax, everything is within easy reach. 🧖‍♀️ The little extra Enjoy a private spa (open during spring - summer - fall 2026). Please note that the spa is closed from December to March. It is easy to use and perfect for ending your days in style. A small terrace with a patio set is also available for outdoor dining. There is also a BBQ available. There is also a shed if you want to store your bikes during your stay. Guest access You will have access to the whole place, including: • Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, dishes, utensils, glasses and wine glasses, etc. • Washer/dryer units • 65" TV, Wi-Fi • Private hot tub (open depending on the season). The hot tub is currently open.
