It was designed to accompany Urla in its transformation process. Our Airbnb adventure, which we started about three years ago, continues with the Çeşmeli Konak villa project. In this special place, which we designed for families or groups, we have a kitchen, living room and garden on the lower floor, and rooms with double beds and their own bathrooms and toilets on the upper floor. The space Çeşmeli Konak Villa is designed for groups and families. Our lovely courtyard with a historical fountain and garden fireplace at the entrance welcomes you. On the lower floor, we have an open kitchen and a living room. In this area, we also have a bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the upper floor, which you can reach by wooden stairs, we have 3 rooms, each with a bathroom (toilet and shower). Each room is approximately 18-22 m2 and has a GREE brand air conditioner that works with a SPLIT system for cooling and malaria. In the largest of our rooms on the upper floor, we have a sofa where a child or a young guest can sleep. In addition, a child can sleep on the 3-seater sofa on the lower floor, although it is not very comfortable. Guest access While our guests are using their own 3+1 duplex villa, I will be staying in a 1+1 space with a separate entrance on the ground floor. Other things to note Our air conditioners operate with an outdoor unit and a system in which two air conditioners are operated. It is important that all control devices are in the same mode during use. If any of the controls are in a different mode, it prevents the system from operating.
