Our Airbnb adventure, which we started three ways ago, continues with the Çeşmeli Konak villa project. In this private space designed for groups, we have rooms with a kitchen, living room and garden upstairs, each with its own bathroom and toilet. The space Çeşmeli Konak Villa is designed for groups and families. Our charming courtyard with a historical fountain and garden fireplace at the entrance welcomes you. On the lower floor, we have a hall with an open kitchen and living room. We also have a bathroom with a shower and toilet in this area. On the upper floor, where you go up wooden stairs, we have 3 rooms, each with a bathroom (with toilets and showers). Each of our rooms, which are approximately 18-22 m2 in size, has cooling and GREE brand air conditioners working with a SPLIT system for malaria. In the largest of our rooms upstairs, we have a sofa where a child or a young guest can sleep. In addition, a child can sleep on the 3-seater sofa downstairs, although it is not very comfortable. Guest access While our guests use their 3+1 duplex villa, I will be staying at the entrance floor in 1+1 venue. Other things to note Our air conditioners operate with an outdoor unit and a system that operates two air conditioners. It is important that all control devices are in the same mode during use.
