In 2021, my family and I began renovating the Sundowner into apartments, suites and studios. The results are amazing. We source labor and materials locally to support other small businesses. Each listing embodies the spirit of the Adirondacks with handmade furnishings, intricate woodworking and decor that reflects the rich history and culture of Lake George and the Adirondack Mountains. The property includes a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub with lake views from the adjacent sundeck. There is a sandy beach, a fire pit, a BBQ area. Also, guests have access to kayaks, a canoe, a row boat and stand-up paddle boards at no additional cost. We hope to have the chance to host you! Guest access Everything that you need (e.g. shops, restaurants, entertainment) is within walking distance. The main "downtown" village is approximately 5 minutes walking (all side walks) and the sandy beach, pool, hot tub kayaks and other amenities are a 100 ft walk from your front door. A family-run (not ours) Italian restaurant that has been in business since 1954 is located directly across the street and there is a breakfast place two buildings over. There is parking directly outside of the unit. Other things to note Our family and team take pride in our property and we want our guests to have a wonderful experience.
