All the apartment's rooms offer a bright and cozy space. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, the main one with a king size bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds that if put together become a double bed and a small one. In addition, it has two full bathrooms, one en-suite to give privacy to the master bedroom. The living room is attached to the kitchen, creating an open and bright space, as they face west and you can see a wonderful mountain view. The living room, dining room and kitchen have access to a balcony/terrace where you can enjoy beautiful moments having a drink and contemplating the monumental Mendocina mountain. Air conditioning in the living room and fan in the bedrooms. Wifi throughout the property. Garage for a car or van. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and common areas. We have a large multipurpose room with a grill and mountain views. It is for the exclusive use of guests. Non-guests are not allowed to enter. It is a private complex with cameras at the entrance of the building. We are not allowed to do so by consortium regulations.
