Share the hosts pool, with spacious patios, loungers, BBQ, night lighting, firetable, and more. Close to Kings Canyon and the perfect middle of California stop for travelers. Tucked away behind the surrounding Jasmine walls is this spacious 3/4 acre lawn and gardens. Enjoy it with family and friends, sit and soak in the quiet evenings by the firepit, or spend your time poolside. Very clean 2022 RV with kitchen, full fridge, shower, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi. We show you how to use the features so you can make yourself at home. Plates, cups, cooking utensils are provided. BBQ utensils also available. Float to sleep on a pillow top king bed in the master bedroom, with it's own designated AC and SmartTV. The queen bunk bed and futon sleeper come standard with the setup to accommodate up to five guests. The main cabin is equiped with it's own AC unit and portable fan. We are able to accommodate seven guests by converting the table setting into a second queen bed. Please send a request for booking more than five guests. Yes, mulitples of differentstyle chairs because variety of comfort poolside is one of lifes little joys! Umbrellas and shade clothes provide plenty of spaces to retreat from the sun. Turn on the mister fans for an extra kick of refreshing breeze. Fire up the BBQ for that extra layer of glamping fun. Of course we keep all the necessities on hand, just let us know what you need. Convenient freeway access for guests traveling the National Parks, and guests looking for a large personal space to stop and unwind. It's not just a stop on a trip, when you're here, it's glamping with a touch of farm life. Jjust 15 minutes from the 99 freeway, 10 minutes from the 41 freeway. 3.3 miles from the Fresno International Airport (8 minutes) Kings Canyon National Park - Grants Grove is a straight drive 1.5 hours from our door. Easy freeway access, there and back. Yosemite is 2 hours, all freeway driving. Milerton Lake is 40 minutes and an easy day trip to the lake. Pine Flat Lake is 40 minutes close and an easy day trip to the lake. Bass Lake is 1 hour away and can also be enjoyed as a day trip. Guest access The property is fully fenced with gated entry, and guests will receive their individual gate code via text the day of arrival. Feel free to step inside the RV when you arrive. Guest access is reserved to the front of the property and the pool area only. There is no access to the working part of the farm. Animals that free roam may come to you. Boundaries are clearly marked. Other things to note POOL ACCESS The pool is now accessible from May - September from 8:00am - 10:00pm daily. PET REQUESTS Are you traveling with a well-mannered furry family member? Send an inquiry or request for your dates and let's discuss the details of your pets stay. We require prior approval before allowing pets and they are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $25-$100, payable through the Resolution Center. IMPORTANT MINOR POLICY Minors may not be left unattended on the property. An adult over 18 years old must be present. No one under 18 alone in the backyard with the pool. NOTE SERVICE DOGS Although service animals are allowed by California law, this is an open farm setting with working dogs, and biosecurity measures for our animals. This does require that service animal owners disclose their service animals prior to arrival so that we can proactively plan safety measures for all on the property. EARLY CHECK-IN Early check-in is available by prior arrangement. Early check-in fee of $40 applies, payable through the Resolution Center. GATHERINGS Our RV is best suited for up to 5 guests to stay overnight. However, for special occasions or celebrations, we can accommodate up to 10 additional visitors, provided they depart by 10:00 PM.Prior approval before booking required. Please note that failure to adhere to this rule may result in cancellation. The guest booking the reservation is responsible for the conduct of all guests during gatherings. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly notify us in advance of any special requests or celebrations. We require prior approval before allowing additional visitors. Please begin an inquiry on your desired dates to discuss details. Please drink responsibly and respect our home by following house rules and Airbnb policies, which prohibit parties.
