Check out time: 10AM The space - Patio Garden has a wooden view deck w/ outdoor dining furniture - Beach has a Cogon-fringed Umbrella with 2 Sun Beds - Beach hut has 2 Bedrooms, Porched Lounge Area, Veranda with Dining Tables, attached with 3 shared Bathrooms, own Kitchen - lots of adirondack chairs in the garden, facing the beach. Guest access - 5-15 min. walk to Amihan Surf Spot, Kalapyahan Resto, cafes/bars in DSR and Destino Resort. - Downtown is a 5 minute drive away. Our staff can call for a Tricycle for you. - Gated Parking Available. Other things to note IMPORTANT RULES: 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 2 P.M. 2. CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. 3. Early Check-ins or late check outs must be informed in advance and have to be pre-approved. 4. SMOKING—only permitted outdoors. 5. PETS—Pets are permitted. 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY—The maximum number of guests for your stay is 8 persons (Add: P1000 for extra mattress for 2 more guests) 7. INCLUSIVE FEES—Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. The property is self-service. No daily housekeeping. Surfboard and Paddleboard use is not included in the basic rental fee. 8. FOOD & WATER: The Kitchen is equipped with basic cooking materials, but no ingredients. We provide Free drinking water from dispenser. We do not accept “Paluto” service. 9. No Karaoke allowed. 10. STORM POLICY: We will advise you on possible storms and inclement weather 3 days prior to arrival. If you decide to push through with your arrival despite our warning, and end up with an inconvenient/uncomfortable stay, we will not allow refunds for last minute cancellations or early check-outs. 11. PRESENCE OF FISHERMEN. We believe in sustainable tourism that does not disrupt the local community and its livelihood. So we have allowed a couple of subsistence fishermen to use part of our beach front for boat parking. They are not allowed inside the property but may share with you the beach space only as they depart for, and arrive from fishing. As a way of helping them, we also encourage you to buy their freshly caught fish. 12. There is an diesel generator set which can be turned on in case of power outage. Please note that during the day we turn off the generator set for 30 minutes in between two hour runs to prevent it from overheating.
