Historic South City STL Home

Enjoy a stay at our 2 bedroom home one block off of Cherokee Street in south city St. Louis. This recently renovated historic brick home is only a 12 minute drive from downtown and walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, and vintage stores. It’s in a perfect location to quickly get to some of the most popular areas of the city. The space The main living area is comprised of a couch, chair, TV, and coffee table. It is one large room connected to the kitchen which contains 3 bar stools and a dining room table seating 4. There is a full bathroom that connects to both of the bedrooms as the house is laid out in a circle. There is also a 1/2 bath that is at one end of the hallway. The other end of the hallway is connected to the 2nd bedroom (bedroom with 2 single beds). There is an accessible backyard from the back door, however there is currently no outdoor furniture. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole space except the basement. Anyone staying 2 weeks or more will also receive basement access which includes the washer and dryer. There is a backyard that is accessible from the house, but can not be accessed from the back fence. Other things to note There is a first aide kit in the cabinet above the stove. We will always have tea and coffee from a local coffee shop to start your morning!
