The 3 PRIVATE bedrooms and 1 PRIVATE bathroom are on the Third floor of the house. The space Driving on Krista. Dr, you will see a large light brown house on your left. This spacious multi-split house is fully fenced that will make you feel like you are relaxing in the country! Entering the house, you will find steps on your right. The 3 guest bedrooms are located on the 3rd floor after you pass through the two red dragons (kirins) mural drawing on the wall . The private bathroom is also on the same floor. I live on the right side of the house, so anytime guests have questions, I can be right with them. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE of the house; please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately. * Please use one appliance (kettle, window Air-conditioner) at a time to prevent tripping of the power. * For using the firepit or the griller outside: The firepit or the griller is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the griller clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. You will also need to add your own firewood or coal as it is not supplied. * Please treat the space with respect as if it was your own home. Please do not re-arrange the furniture. You, as the booking guest, are responsible for any damage or missing items caused by yourself or any one of your guests accessing the house during your stay. * Check in early fee ( any hour before 3pm of the check in day): for EVERY 30 mins extra, the host will charge guests $5 early fee with host approval. Check in before 3pm on the check-in day must get approval from the host. Check out late fee (any hour after 10am of the check out day): For EVERY 30 mins extra, the host will charge guests $10 late fee.
