Due to its central location in the center of Nieuwpoort and only 200 m from the coast, close to all kinds of restaurants and shops, you won't be short of anything here. It is stylishly decorated with attention to detail, ensuring pure relaxation. The soft colors and fine finish make you feel completely in a tropical destination. The kitchen is spaciously equipped and has all the amenities you would need (look at our profile which is present in detail here). There is a Nespresso coffee maker available. We provide a number of capsules, feel free to bring extra capsules if you are a large coffee drinker! In the bedroom there is a double bed and in the wall there are two beds with a single bed each. To shield the different beds from each other, there are special walls that provide the necessary privacy. Both in the front and the back of the apartment there are very spacious terraces with a sitting area, dining table and sun canopy each time. Equipped with atmospheric lights, plants and lounge cushions, it is 100% serene here. In the summer, you can also enjoy a BBQ due to the presence of a GreenEgg. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet in the hallway. There is no baby cot and high chair provided. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a TV with international channels and Netflix option (with your own account). There's an efficient check-in and check-out process. Nieuwpoort often has free parking on the street, depending on the period of reservation (see PDF). More details and alternative options will be given when booking. Another option is: Via SparkSpot you can reserve a parking space in advance. The platform offers available parking spaces in the area and is often cheaper than parking on the street or in public parking lots. To get to the penthouse you can take the elevator to the 3rd floor, then you have to go up 1 floor with the stairs (+- 16 steps). There is no bicycle parking in the building. In the house you will also find: - Clean 100% cotton sheets and towels (White Lietaer) - All beds are made when you arrive so you can enjoy your stay right away. - Basic amount of shampoo and shower gel is provided in the bathroom - Hair dryer is provided We really hope you enjoy your stay at our property and let us know how we can make the experience even bigger for our next guests! Guest access Entire space plus amenities for the building is included in this rental. Please, act as if you are at home. The accommodation is completely private, neither I nor other guests stay in the accommodation during your trip Other things to note These are some of the measures we take to provide you with a safe and enjoyable stay: - Pets are not allowed. - Check in is possible from 3 p.m., check out at the latest 11 a.m. - Our accommodation is cleaned by a professional cleaning team. - We provide professional bedding and towels. These are washed at a high temperature by a professional laundry company. - We work with a self-check-in system, so you can check in yourself on arrival without meeting anyone. - Please remember that you are staying in an accommodation, not a hotel. - Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. // In order to protect our accommodation and stay up-to-date with current regulations, you will be asked to fill in a document after booking regarding an exemption/deposit. You will have the choice between: 1) A partially refundable deposit 2) a non-refundable exemption amount. The latter option is recommended as it protects you in the event of damage that may have been caused during your stay.
