Spacious and airy apartment with 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom, living room and integrated and well-equipped kitchen. Close to Água Branca Park, concert venues (Allianz Park, Unimed Space, audio club), PUC, Bourbon, Minhocão, Barra Funda subway station and several bus lines with easy access to the center (about 10 minutes). Quiet and calm space for rest, full laundry and available for use and a small parking space (please let me know if you're using it). The space I offer a double bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the guest room. If you prefer, I can provide another mattress. Other things to note I prefer longer stays.
