Living room down the hall from bedroom that is shared with other renters, not shared with the homeowner, and has doors that can be closed for privacy. Flatscreen TV with Netflix, Paramount Plus, Amazon and Hulu in the living room and bedroom. Walk in laundry room and large screened in back porch. 27 private acres, 4 miles of community walking trails, swimming pool and tennis court. At this time, the sunroom is not a shared space.
