A total of 45 square metres Everything is brand new: kitchen, bathroom, beds and pillows, 54" TV, 2-metre sofa bed, microwave, iron, etc. All renovated in February 2023 The windows are soundproofed, allowing a total rest. Guest access In front of the terrace is the swimming pool of the urbanisation where you can relax in one of the sunbeds. Other things to note Pool towels will be provided for guests.
