This cozy chalet, perfect for 3 guests, is the ideal retreat for couples, families and sports enthusiasts looking for outdoor adventures and moments of pure relaxation. After a day of hiking or walking, coming back here means rediscovering the warmth of a place made to feel at home. The space Newly built chalet, wooden furnishings, parquet and stone floors, wood-burning fireplace and Norwegian electric heating. It has two cozy bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a functional kitchen; the large covered veranda and the solarium area are exclusively available for moments of relaxation. The garden and private forest complete the experience of staying in an authentic and special place. In the summer months, you can meet the sheep in the small surrounding pasture, adding a touch of rural magic to the stay. Upon request, we provide a next-to-me crib, bathtub, cot, stroller, chair lift, and baby carrier. Other things to note STREET: The last 5 km of road from Buglio in Monte to the chalet are entirely paved, with the exception of the private driveway, and require the payment of a daily permit costing €5 or a subscription. If you are not very used to driving in the mountains, this short stretch may seem challenging, but we assure you that the panoramic position of the Chalet will pay off the effort. WINTER ACCESS: In winter, for the last 5 km of road, snow removal service is not guaranteed, so in case of heavy snowfall, a 4x4 car with chains on board is recommended. However, it may be difficult to get to the house by car, so it is advisable to contact the owner, who will be able to advise you in the best way and will be available to help you. AMENITIES: There are no shops or cafés near the chalet; the nearest ones are located about 20 minutes away by car in the town of Buglio in Monte. Therefore, we recommend doing your shopping before arriving at the chalet to avoid having to go back down to the valley. In an hour's walk you can reach the Alpe Granda refuge where you can taste excellent typical dishes immersed in a fairytale landscape. PETS AND PARTIES: Pets are not allowed (with rare exceptions) and smoking is prohibited. This is a quiet place to rest and enjoy nature, so it is forbidden to organize parties and host people other than those resulting from the reservation.
