The apartment offers generous, open plan living and dining areas with enough room for everyone. A large family size ice-maker fridge, quality equipment and Nespresso coffee machine set the scene. All three of the spacious bedrooms feature quality mattresses and pillows. Linen and towels are all provided at Azure with all beds made up beautifully for your arrival - you just need to move in and relax! Each bedroom has built in wardrobes for storage. The master suite features a queen size bed with an ensuite with rain-head shower, vanity and toilet. Bedroom two is also offered with a queen size bed and private balcony. Bedroom three has double bunks and a single daybed with an optional inbuilt, pull-out single trundle bed. The stunning main bathroom includes rain-head shower, spa bath, vanity and toilet. The property also has an internal laundry with washing machine, dryer and hanging rack. The apartment is very well located with everything nearby to make the perfect beach holiday. Exit the building by the rear gate and stroll 2 minutes down the tree lined path to the stunning Shoal Bay beach. The property is a 10-minute walk along the shoreline to the Shoal Bay Village shops and restaurants, including the popular Shoal Bay Country Club and Atmos. Little Beach is so close too, an easy 10 minute tree lined path walk to enjoy the beach or stop off at the Boathouse restaurant, which rarely fails to impress. A five-minute drive will see you at Nelson Bay shops, Marina, the Nelson Bay Golf Club or Fingal Bay. There is dedicated, secure undercover car parking available for two vehicles.
