The "un-dress code" is not enforced, but we suggest you try it. It's very freeing! Paradise Lakes is super-friendly, however, we do not recommend families with children to stay here. We require all of our guests to be age 30 or older. We are committed to the safety of our guests and neighbors. Our condo association must approve everyone who stays with us and may be subjected to a background check. An additional application is required above and beyond what you've already submitted on AirBNB's platform. Failure to complete the form means you won't be staying in our cool condo. ENTRANCE TO THE PARADISE LAKES RESORT CLUBHOUSE IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY. Membership fees are additional and only need to be paid if you visit the resort.
