This is a beautiful 1st row, open concept 3-story family home with 2,800 sf, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 of which have king sized beds with private baths, 3 living areas with Smart TV’s, Dish Network, free WiFi, a large fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, breakfast bar, Keurig and drip coffee maker, 2 refrigerators, double ovens, gas cooktop, microwave, a 3rd floor kitchenette, 2 wraparound decks with gorgeous beach views, and an festive outdoor covered bar, barware, outdoor dinnerware and an outdoor shower on the ground floor. We have a BBQ grill for your use, and magnetic darts and corn hole for some outdoor fun! Luggage racks are available in each bedroom as well as large closets with hangers in most rooms. There’s even a ‘Washers’ game set-up outside! We have 2 clothes dryers, a washer, and an iron and ironing board for your convenience. One dog under 30 lbs. is allowed; there’s a short fence around the back of the property for them and gates at the top of the 1st floor stairs. We are family-friendly and have pack ‘n’ plays, strollers, a high chair, baby monitor, bottle warmer, bath toys, eating utensils, a wagon, toys for the beach, and a small play tent and playmat on the 3rd floor, etc. for the little ones so you don’t have to pack as much!!
