Private Suite, Beautiful Home, Convenient Location

Comfortable home, convenient location in Franklin Less than one mile to Franklin's historic downtown square (walkable with sidewalks). Interstate access (I-65) is also one mile away. The space The space is a bedroom within our home that has a dedicated full bathroom accessible only from within the bedroom. (ie You won't have to go out into a hallway to get to the bathroom.) The space includes full, dedicated access to a sitting area outside the bedroom that features an arcade game and foosball table. You enter the space through the front door but go directly upstairs. This layout allows you to come and go privately. We are mostly empty nesters, though one teen does still come home to sleep, not much else. :) The queen bed features a mattress we bought less than 2 years ago. Common Areas: Please enjoy the front porch swings and rocking chairs. Mornings and evenings on the front porch are very relaxing as it overlooks 90 acres of undeveloped fields. A big gas & charcoal grill is available for your use upon request. Laundry facilities and kitchen are available and shared with our family. Please let us know if you plan to use either, so we can show you how to use appliances, where to find things, etc. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or requests. Guest access Please park in front of the front door for closest access to your room. Our home offers walkable sidewalks in every direction you want to go. Within the mile between the house and I-65 you'll find a Kroger, Publix, Sprouts, Chick-Fil-A, a local pub, tasty Mexican, gas stations and other conveniences. Franklin offers an affordable trolley system for about $1 a ride. It connects the mall to downtown and other key Franklin destinations. Uber is also usually available. During your stay We love playing host, giving recommendations, and getting to know new friends; or respect your privacy when that is preferred. We make ourselves available via cell or text before and during your stay, so please contact us with any requests or concerns. Other things to note We have an old, sweet golden retriever. She will bark initially to announce your arrival but doesn't jump, lick or bite. She does not go upstairs, where this space is. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
