Private & Spacious Silverlake 1 Bedroom

My spacious ground-floor apartment is a green, sun-drenched oasis in Silverlake. It has a full kitchen with Le Crueset pots and pans , AC units in living room and bedroom, a work area, lots of mirrors, and Apple TV for your entertainment in the living room and bedroom. The Cali-King bed has a super comfortable 13" memory foam mattress. You will feel safe & comfy here! The space The front door opens up to our walkway that is a 100 ft walk to Silverlake Blvd., in one direction, and 50 ft to West Silverlake Drive in the other. The apartment will be disinfected & cleaned when you arrive, and our housekeeper is on deck if you would like upkeep every two weeks (for monthly rentals). Dogs are welcome, but unfortunately, no cats and it is a non-smoking building. Guest access There is a laundry room in the building, and one dedicated parking spot. Other things to note It’s a fairly quiet building with only 8 apartments. You need only put garbage in a bin beside our parking area, and the property manager handles the rest.
