Other things to note ✦ PLEASE NOTE OUR PRE-ARRIVAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER BOOKING ✦ To ensure a safe, seamless, and high-quality experience, we kindly require all guests to complete the following quick steps after confirming their reservation: 1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks. 2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes. 3. Provide a Security Deposit A refundable $750 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 24 hours before check-in and released automatically 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. *Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.* We have exterior cameras on the front, side and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us. Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
