The Caribbean Villa is a 2BHK Villa that is situated by a river in Panvel and boasts of a gazebo area by the poolside, it is a property like no other that will transport you to another world with it’s verdant lawns and swimming pool. With a mix of colonial, wooden and modern interiors and exteriors that ooze an alluring charm. This beautiful property has an unmissable old-world charm to which their modern amenities make up for the present-day goodness. The space Let me walk you through the space : Property Structure - Ground + 1 Villa Bedrooms There are 2 Bedrooms in the Villa.1 Bedroom is on the Ground Floor, 1 Bedroom is on the First Floor. All Bedrooms have king-sized beds. Extra bedding can be provided on request(Charges applicable ) Living Room The living room has a sofa seater for 6 people. The living room has a dinner table for 6 people. There is a 32” TV in the living room Bathroom There are 2 Bathrooms in the Villa. The Bedroom on the First Floor has an attached bathroom, while the other is a common Bathroom Basic toiletries are provided. Towels are provided. Geysers are available in all the bathrooms. Kitchens and Meals The kitchen is equipped with a microwave,toaster,water purifier and refrigerator Light cooking is allowed on the property. Cutlery and crockery are available Outdoor Area The villa features a private swimming pool, a gazebo with outdoor seating with a bonfire area to enjoy the views. House Rules Music not allowed in the outdoor area post 10 pm. Soft music can be played indoors provided doors and windows are shut. Smoking is allowed in the Villa Security deposit of Rs.5000/- is mandatory at the time of checkin. The villa is pet friendly. Additional Amenities Secured parking space for 5 cars is available . A generator is available, in the event of a power failure. Mosquito repellent can be provided to guests, if required. BBQ & Bonfire available (Charges applicable) Wifi is available. Guest access The Carribean Villa is at a distance of 10 minutes from the Pen Market, and at a 100mts distance from the Highway .Panvel is a romantic escape from the chaotic noise of city life of Mumbai, situated just on the outskirts of Mumbai. Salubrious climate, magnificent exquisiteness, and beautiful lakes and rivers make it the most sought after and upcoming destinations in India. Other things to note Welcome to Ekostay! We are thrilled to have you stay with us and we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience. To ensure that we provide the best experience for all of our guests, we ask that you abide by our house rules. • Neighbourhood: Please be respectful of other guests and our neighbours. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am. • Number of Guests: Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay in the property. • Keep the space clean and tidy. Please dispose of all garbage and recyclables in the appropriate receptacles. • Check in / Check out: We require that all guests check out by 11am on the day of departure. • Damage: Any damage caused to the property during your stay must be reported immediately and you will be held responsible for the costs of repairs. Rs 5000 security deposit which is refundable upon checkout is chargeable. • Injury: The host is not liable for any personal injury of any kind. • Tobacco products - We ask that you please refrain from spitting after consuming tobacco, as this can be deemed unsanitary and may result in a cleaning fee. Additionally, please be mindful of our other guests and the environment, and dispose of your tobacco products safely and responsibly. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Kindly make use of the dedicated smoking zone. • Pest & Flies: As you will be staying in midst of nature, there are high chances of any insects or mosquitoes entering the property. We would like to kindly request that you keep all windows and doors closed at all times in order to restrict them from entering the premises. Hence, in case you fail to do so, we shall not be liable for any monetary compensation under cleanliness violation. This is to ensure the comfort of your stay and to maintain the quality of our services. • Power Outage: We recognize the importance of having reliable electricity and (Complimentary) WIFI access during your stay, and we do our best to ensure that all our guests have a positive experience. In the unfortunate event of a power outage, we have backup inverters in all our villas to provide power for lights and fans for up to 3 hours under normal usage. Please note that air conditioning or any other heating/cooling devices will not work during this period. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. • Parties: Strictly NO DJ parties and events allowed. • Cooking: Mild cooking is allowed in the kitchen. Examples include heating food, making tea or coffee. However, multi-course meals and any cooking that requires extended use of the kitchen and its appliances are strictly prohibited. We also kindly ask you to clean up after your meals. Please dispose of all food waste in the provided garbage can and wipe down the kitchen counter, stove, and other surfaces you have used. Spoiled surface may attract pests for which we shall not be liable in case of any complaints arise due to the same. In the event that you fail to abide by the above policies mentioned, we will not be held liable and no monetary compensation will be honoured.
