This home is in a family-friendly residential neighborhood – neighbors are not to be disturbed, especially during the overnight quiet hours. There is a $75 pet fee per pet for stays of 7 nights or less. We charge $100 per pet for guests who stay for more than 7 nights. Small dogs are permitted. As a reminder, we kindly request that pets remain off the bed and sofa during your stay. This policy is in place to ensure that our furniture remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests. Smoking is permitted outside the building, but we kindly ask that you smoke away from the building and be considerate of other guests. ★ To ensure the safety of all our guests, it is important that the smoke detector batteries remain intact throughout your stay. Removing the smoke detector batteries is strictly prohibited and will result in a penalty of $50. We kindly request your cooperation in keeping the smoke detectors functional at all times.
