Children and minors under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the pool area. It is your responsibility to follow all pool and house rules. The pool depth ranges from about 6ft deep. By booking you are agreeing that you are responsible for all guests of your party on the property** **No smoking of any kind in the house, including e-cigarettes, marijuana, and illegal drugs. ** **Please note that June through August is monsoon season in Arizona. While we have our pool cleaned weekly, please be aware that high winds during this season can cause the pool to have leaves/debris. We provide a pool skimmer that you can use to rid debris** Guest access You will have access to the garage for parking if you'd like during your stay.
