A getaway on the outskirts of Madrid

This is not a cottage or a tourist apartment. It's our family home, which we want to share with you while we travel :) The house is spacious, cozy and comfortable, and you will feel as comfortable as we are! Enough close to Madrid to spend the day in the city and enjoy its attractions, but far from the hustle and bustle to enjoy Nature. In the summer you will enjoy the amazing overflowing pool (it is not fenced) and, in the winter, its two chimneys. The space Being our family residence, you will find in it a multitude of toys, books, skateboards and bicycles. Also the pantry has everything so you can cook at ease without having to buy things like salt or spices. The fully-equipped kitchen is what you might need with, including a super-automatic coffee maker. We hope you feel at home and enjoy it as much as we do! *NO PARTIES ALLOWED * *TODDLERS WELCOME UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: NO POOL OR STAIRS HAVE FENCE* Bedrooms are all on the ground floor. The upper floor is the work area, so children do not need to go up and down the stairs, but you have to keep an eye on them. Dogs are allowed in the house, but please do not let them in the bedrooms or climb on the sofa. They can be in the living room and kitchen, and we have a bed for them. Cats are not allowed. Guest access The house is entirely for you. The pool and garden have a lot of privacy, not seen from a neighbor's home. Other things to note We have two cats but they don't come into the house as we have allergies to them. They live in the garden and have a cat to access the garage where they have their food and water. Please be sure to keep an eye out for them to run out of either. If you'd rather not, we can arrange for someone else to do it. We have a dog as well but he won't be home while you stay. We accept dogs in the house but please do not let them in the bedrooms or get on the couch. They can be in the living room and kitchen, and we have a bed for them. Cats are not allowed.
