We are just a short drive to downtown, and minutes from the airport. Come rest in the joyous comfort of our 4bedrooms, 3.5 bath cove. The space This joyous comfort has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath cove. The main floor is host to the primary bedroom with an upscale eco-friendly king bed and beautiful en suite featuring a luxurious shower, double sink, large closet. Along with a pack and play and bedding for the little ones. The main floor also features a fully stocked kitchen open to the dining and living room. The main floor also has a powder bath. Upstairs host a large bedroom with a king bed and two cozy “Cove” rooms featuring a queen bed and full bed. Upstairs also has a full bath with a clawfoot tub and a stand-up shower. In the basement you will find a full bar area, foosball table, large sectional for watching the projection tv, a full bathroom with shower, and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Eco friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. Wi-Fi is provided at speeds for streaming your favorite shows. The back yard is fully fenced with a privacy fence, gorgeous pool, gas fire pit with seating area, gas grill and outdoor dining area along with covered porch sitting area. Please note there is NO child proof gate around the pool. POOL NOTES: Please swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard present. A guardian must be present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool There is no pool fence. No diving. The deep end of the pool is approximately 10 feet deep. The pool can be heated for additional fee of $100.00 per night. We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 degrees. Guest access: You will have the whole home to yourself with no shared spaces. Amenities: Vitamix, toaster, Electric tea kettle, coffee maker, French press, quality cookware and dinnerware. Essential oils, towels, hair dryers, phone charges, common toiletries. Games, stroller, cooler, wagon. Elliptical in garage. Other things to note: This house may not be suitable for children. Parking available in driveway with two cars and back alley is also able to be used in the drive area; there is no street parking in front or back of the home. If pool or landscaping services fall within your stay, we will give you proper notice. NO Pets Allowed and NO smoking. *The small house by the pool, It may look like a separate house, but it is actually the garage. Other things to note * Pool is open year round. The pool can be heated during the colder months(Sep-May) to 82-85 degrees Fahrenheit, upon a 24-48 hour request for an additional fee of $100.00 per night, please message if you would like this! We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 degrees. There is a safety door alarm on the patio door that automatically alarms you when the door opens. There is a button you press to make the alarm stop temporarily.
