The space ★ PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ★ - Check-in is at 4PM / Check-out is at 10AM. - A barbecue grill is NOT provided. - Pets are NOT allowed. - Smoking is NOT allowed. - The entrance to the complex is gated. - We do offer a pack-n-play and highchair as courtesy. For additional ones, there is a fee of $45 per pack-n-play and $25 per highchair. ★ STARTER KIT ★ We offer a starter kit as a courtesy: - 2 Toilet papers per bathroom - 1 Small shampoo per bathroom - 1 Small Soap Bar per bathroom - 2 Trash bags - 1 Dish soap - 1 Sponge - 2 Dishwasher pod - 1 Paper towel - 1 Bag of Coffee powder - Coffee filters - Salt - Pepper - 1 Laundry detergent The quantity above is provided only for your first day of stay. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. Some Florida wildlife you may see in the area around the marina may include manatees, dolphins, osprey, pelicans, stingrays, horseshoe crabs, and sharks. It is called a SPA. It shares the same water as the pool. You must ensure your children’s safety, including supervision at all times and staying in the assigned areas around the vacation home. ★ PARKING ★ There is a maximum of 4 cars parked on the property. Street parking and parking on the garden/grass area are not permitted in the community. Boats are not allowed. A penalty fee will be applied for breaking the rules.
