Family home for a pleasant stay. The house is modern and has a pretty garden with terrace, swing. On the ground floor you will find an entrance, a living/ dining area and open kitchen; a master suite with large shower room and dressing room. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet as well as a landing. Distances children's games by car: Disneyland: 30 min. Asterix: 45 min. The garage is accessible only for the washing machine and dryer. Other things to note This is our primary residence we live in. We ask our guests to take care of them. The neighborhood is quiet, partying is not allowed, and noise after 11pm is prohibited.
