'Reit' apartment in Bormio - garden, free parking

We offer a bright and spacious 75 sqm ground-floor three-room apartment, just a short walk from the town center and ski slopes, ideal for 4 to 5 people. We provide FREE Wi-Fi and linens and towels and upon request, a high chair and baby cot are available FREE of charge. The apartment has direct access to a shared 500 sqm garden through two French doors. Our Booking rating is 9.8/10, and we are rated 5/5 on Airbnb (Superhost). The space The apartment features a finely furnished kitchen with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven + microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, pod coffee machine, and electric kettle. The living room includes a top-of-the-line 55” OLED smart TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video. The "Reit" apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and one with three single beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub, shower, and washing machine. Guests also have access to a private bike/ski storage area and FREE parking in our garage (one reserved parking space for the entire stay – note: vehicles powered by LPG or methane are not allowed for safety reasons). Additional free parking spaces are available right in front of the house. Other things to note We are located in a quiet area just a few minutes' walk from "Bormio Terme" (swimming pools). Nearby, you'll find the "Le Corti" supermarket with a newsstand, tobacco shop, bar, ATM, and children's playground. Banks, restaurants, pizzerias, and pubs are all just a few minutes away on foot, as are the central Via Roma, the ice rink, and tennis courts. The Bagni Nuovi and Bagni Vecchi thermal baths are only a few minutes away by car. Less than 100 meters from the apartment, you can enjoy a beautiful riverside walk or bike ride along the Frodolfo river, which loops around the Alute plain, a green oasis in Bormio. The apartment is perfect for peaceful moments in Valtellina, surrounded by delicious food and relaxation. The renowned duty-free resort of Livigno is about a 45-minute drive away, and Bormio is a strategic starting point for reaching the famous Bernina Red Train (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) connecting Tirano to St. Moritz, as well as many cycling excursions (e.g. Stelvio Pass, Gavia Pass, Mortirolo Pass, Fraele Towers, and Cancano Lakes). Please note that a valid ID for each guest must be provided at check-in, along with payment of the tourist tax, which the host will then forward to the Municipality of Bormio.
