The condo has 1 king, 2 twin, and 1 queen sofa beds. The resort has amazing amenities (pool, 2 Jacuzzi, fire pits, gym, clubhouses, game rooms, sauna rooms, tennis club & courts, spa/salons, restaurants, etc). Hotel grade professional cleaning & sanitation to prevent COVID. The space The best features are the ambiance and amenities - free high speed wifi, 2 onsite restaurants, a spa, complementary tennis club, pool, 2 Jacuzzi, a clubhouse with pool and ping pong tables, sauna room, on site laundry, and many outdoor gas grills and picnic tables. This two-bedroom Resort Villa includes a living space that features sleek high-end furniture and a large flat screen television, perfect for an afternoon nap or late night movie. The kitchen area features a smooth countertops and outfitted with modern appliances. There is bathroom amenities and bath and pool towels. Both bedrooms features a flat screen TV, lots of closet space and lamps. Other things to note 1. The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for assistance with any issues. 2. Only ADA/service pets are allowed at the resort and we must be notified in advance 3. Check In Time is anytime after 4PM 4. Check Out Time is 11AM. The resort has a zero tolerance policy towards late check outs and they will charge a late check out fee of $25 per 30 minutes if the unit is not vacated by the check out time (11AM). 5. The unit is part of the a vacation resort and we have multiple units - there may be layout variations depending on availability, but all have the same features/amenities, descriptions, and size. 6. The front desk may ask for credit card information for a refundable security deposit and incidental charges. This is a standard security deposit charge(similar to other hotels/resorts) and is refunded at the end of your trip as long as there are no damages and everything is in order.
