The space Upon arrival our property manager, Juan Blanco, will meet you at the unit, assist carrying luggage and groceries and orient you to our condo and the complex. He is available during your stay for any emergencies or questions about the condo. Check in is at 4pm and check out is 11am. Our condo complex is a family complex and quiet hours in the condo and on the rooftop deck are 10PM to 9AM!! Our condo complex and security does not allow any visitors beyond the registered guests. The final cleaning fee will be $199 for longer stays. Guest access You will have a reserved designated parking space and Juan, our property manager will show you where that space is when he meets you there at the complex. Remember to text or call Juan 45 minutes before arriving at our complex. If you do not have a car Uber is available and it is only a 5 minute ride to downtown Cabo and the marina.
