You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. We have great sunsets and are an operating farm with chickens and various garden areas. The KU bar is filled with memorabilia, it’s a unique Jayhawk experience. This is a 1,000 square foot studio apartment. Everything is modern, but the beds are a Murphy bed and a pullout couch. There are roosters, but they are not early risers. This is a 20 acre farm. It is a farm and there is rough, uneven ground in the fields, but it is a safe environment. We’re on the property in a different building.
