It's a unique Jayhawk experience just minutes from the University of Kansas. The space This is a 1,000 square foot studio apartment. Everything is modern, but the beds are a Murphy bed and a pullout couch. There are roosters, but they are not early risers. Guest access This is a 20 acre farm. It is a farm and there is rough, uneven ground in the fields, but it is a safe environment. Other things to note An outdoor pickleball and basketball court is available for use. Please let us know when booking if you would like to utilize these and we will have the equipment ready!
