You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. We have great sunsets and are an operating farm with chickens and various garden areas. Enjoy this studio apartment with Queen size Murphy bed and full sized pull out couch that shares the open floorpan. Enjoy the additional living space of our "Jayhawk Bar" complete with pool table, additional television, and a vast array of KU memorabilia! It's a unique Jayhawk experience just minutes from the University of Kansas. The space This is a 1,000 square foot studio apartment. Everything is modern, but the beds are a Murphy bed and a pullout couch. There are roosters, but they are not early risers. Guest access This is a 20 acre farm. It is a farm and there is rough, uneven ground in the fields, but it is a safe environment. Other things to note An outdoor pickleball and basketball court is available for use. Please let us know when booking if you would like to utilize these and we will have the equipment ready!
