Tucked just minutes from Rochester’s most scenic park, this two-bedroom home blends comfort, creativity, and conscious living, perfect for travelers seeking a warm winter escape or a longer stay that feels like home. On the second floor you’ll find two thoughtfully designed rooms, the Safari Suite full of warm tones and adventure, and the Urban Nature Suite with greenery and soft earth textures. Each space invites relaxation and reflection after a day exploring Rochester’s holiday markets, ice rinks, or snowy park paths. On the first floor you'll find a full kitchen, dining, and living area. There is also a half bath and small home gym. A Peloton bike is located in the gym. You will need your own membership and Peloton shoes to clip into the bike. Please enjoy light dumbbells and yoga mats in this space. In the living area you will also find a bar with two stools (alcohol not provided) with all bartending essentials. The living area is also provided with a quiet HEPA air filter. Stay active in your private gym, unwind at your in-home bar, or focus in your dedicated business center, all within a space designed with sustainability in mind. Other things to note When you book this home you are not just booking a rental unit, you are booking an experience. The landlord lives a low waste lifestyle and you will experience ways to reduce your waste in this home. For example, you will not find disposable single-use items in the home. Instead you will see things such as reusable wash clothes for the kitchen for cleaning, shampoo and conditioner bars in the shower, and refillable soap dispensers at the sinks.
