Enjoy the simplicity of this small, quiet, and central bedroom in a large and modern 185m2 apartment. You will have access to all common areas of the apartment. Ideal for a single person coming for business or studies or for a walk through Dornbirn. The space Small 12m2 bedroom, suitable for one person. It has a single bed, a nightstand, a dresser for your clothes, a desk for work or study, and a fan (the air conditioning is in the house's living room). It has a skylight that makes the room quite bright. The window is operated manually and remotely. Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, living room balcony, and shared bathrooms. The kitchen is available to our guests between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. During your stay We like to socialize with guests, but also give them their space and time. Check-in is flexible. Once you receive the keys upon arrival, you can enter the house at any time. To live together well, we all respect each other's peace and the house rules. Other things to note Upon finding our apartment on the top floor of an office building, it offers a wonderful view of the city and is very quiet and noise-free. That's why we kindly ask that the use of the TV volume or music is appropriate. Outside of our building there are free parking, subject to availability. In case, unfortunately they are all occupied, they can park on the way back of the building, but those parking lots have a cost of 0.90 cents euros per hour or 21.60 euros per 24 hours. On some days, the other rooms in our apartment may also be occupied by other guests or family members visiting us. It is important to know that when we are not at home, especially in long seasons because we are traveling in Peru, or because we are in our other apartment in Dornbirn or visiting the family in another city, we also offer our room for rent. We are sure that all of our guests will maintain a good coexistence based on respect, good communication, order, cleanliness and the tranquility of the home. Finally, due to local and national regulations, at check-in, each guest must present a government-issued ID and pay the Dornbirn City local tax. For the year 2026, the tax is €3 per person per night.
