Guest access Guests have access to all the hotel's facilities! As if they were guests of the same. That's something all our customers love when they stay at this place. Some of the facilities and services available are: Private beach -Pools -Large garden and nature areas for walking -Restaurants (room service can also be ordered) -Bars -A ping pong table -A pool table - Gym -A cafeteria with Starbucks drinks - A tennis court - Among others! Other things to note - Adults and children are allowed. - Our guests have access to all the facilities offered by the hotel. - There is a cleaning service at a cost of $30 USD ($600 MXN) and it is done every 3/4 days. - Pool maintenance: To ensure an optimal experience, we perform maintenance on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Our staff is fully trustworthy, and this essential service is included to maintain the quality of the space. NOTE: - The Hotel is built on a hill, so it has stairs and paths throughout its areas, and it has no elevators. However, there are golf carts that can take you from one place to another and bring you closer to your Condominium whenever you need it. This makes your stay much more comfortable :). - This Condominium is located on the second floor of one of the Hotel buildings, so you don't have to climb any more floors up the stairs. However, there are stairs to climb from the parking lot if you arrive by car, or as mentioned, you can request a golf cart and it will gladly bring you as close as possible to your Condominium, reception or any area of the Hotel. - We suggest tipping the staff who assist you.
