Niki's Studios with partial sea view

Our apartment is located in a dreamy location combining a quiet neighborhood and a small distance from the beach.Such a small distance that you can even enjoy the sea view from your terrace . In addition, It is quite near to the center of platanias where you can find many shops and restaurants . It will be very comfortable for a couple to stay here but there is also space for a third adult or child. Air condition, oven, fridge, microwave and a television are there to make your stay pleasant. The space The apartment is accessible from stairs. In front there is a terrace with a table and chairs where you can rest. In the main area there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and television and a dining table for 6 people. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom you can also find a washing machine. The whole apartment is equipped with air condition. There is also a parking area in case you are using a car. You can use the pool of Troulakis village hotel which is just in front of our apartment. Guest access Although the apartment is placed in a quiet neighborhood, you will be close to what you may need. Local beach is placed just 2 minutes drive/7 minutes walking. A mini-market is 4 minutes walk away. You can reach the house by car from two airports ( Chania International Airport 29 km and Heraklion International Airport 150 km) and Souda port which is 18 km away. In case you want to commute by bus the station is just 6 minutes walk.
