This ground-floor home from home is equipped with a queen bed, an independent kitchen, a spacious lounge area, HDTV, and a fully fenced private patio with BBQ facilities—ideal for short stays between the southwest region and Lancelin or for family visits. The apartment offers ground-level access and home-like amenities, including a queen-sized bedroom, a separate lounge with workspace, dining area, and a 45" Smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Amazon Prime at no additional cost. Kitchen Amenities: The kitchen includes a mid-sized fridge/freezer, electric hot plate, cookware, glassware, tableware, and utensils. Additional appliances provided are a microwave, toaster, air fryer, and kettle. A full-size washing machine with a starter pack of washing pods is also available. Private Outdoor Area: The fully fenced garden area features a BBQ grill and outdoor seating, suitable for relaxation, sunbathing, or working outdoors. There is also a small dining table for alfresco meals. Accommodation Details: Our Quinns pad suits couples, solo travellers, remote workers, and surfers, accommodating up to two guests. Both the suite and patio are reserved exclusively for guest use during the stay. The suite is part of a residential property where the owner resides; however, it remains entirely self-contained without direct access to the main house. Guests benefit from exclusive use of the patio, secured by a locked gate and punch code access on the suite door. Amaroo enjoys a prime location just 200 meters from a bus route with frequent service to Clarkson railway station, facilitating easy connections to Perth with trains running every 15 minutes during peak times and late into the night. Complimentary WiFi is included. Guest access The apartment is accessed via a locked gate with access code. This ensures added security as there is a gate between the road and your access door. There is a key lock box where you will find the entrance door key. We send the code to your a couple of days prior to your arrival. The entrance is total self contained. It is your space. Other things to note We are a pretty house-proud couple our home is always clean and tidy and well decorated. For the apartment space, we have refurbished virtually every inch. The Kitchen has been transformed from what was our laundry and most of the appliances have been purchased for this project.
