The Boat House by the sea

An idyllic destination for sea lovers. The Boat House is situated on Ktima Flamourou in the south-eastern part of Anafi, only a few yards away from the seashore. It offers peace and beautiful unobstructed views of the Aegean Sea, the islets Ftena, Makria and Pachia and the beaches of Flamourou and Katsouni. Guests can experience the beautiful unscathed landscape, the luminous star-studded sky and living close to the sea with the amenities of an organised home. The space This two-story residence includes a double bed bedroom on the ground floor (40 sqm) with a living room and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. An internal staircase provides access to the second floor which houses the second double bed bedroom (40 sqm) which is fully furnished and includes a bathroom with a bath. This second bedroom has access to a private veranda with a beautiful view of the sea and the Katsouni beach. The Boat House can accommodate 3 adults or two adults with 2 children. Guest access The space surrounding the Boat House has been paved with local stone and a small footpath ends at the small pier of Flamourou. This recently renovated guest house (“magazi” in the local dialect) was originally used as a boat house for small boats during the winter months. Other things to note A paved private road connects the Boat House to the main entrance of Ktima Flamourou (15’ minute walk) and the local road in the north. The 33 acres plot is a source of delight for the senses, divided into terraces supported by dry stone walls that follow the inclination of the ground and is filled with olive, fig and pistachio trees, vineyards, and flower gardens. Ktima Flamourou is home to the only organised Winery of Anafi which promotes the production of organic wines using local varieties and sustainable farming practices. Registration Details 1829060
